INGREDIENTS (Serves 4-5):
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 750 gr rice (best to use cold, left overnight rice)
- 275 gr 5 pcs eggs, cooked over easy, well done 4-5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce 12 gr 3 tablespoons fried shallots
- 20 gr 5 pcs shrimp crackers, fried Cucumber-and-carrot pickles
GROUND SPICES:
- 60 gr 3 pcs red chilies, take out the seeds
- 6 gr 3 pcs garlic cloves
- 100 gr 10 pcs shallots 1-1 1/4% teaspoon salt
- 2 gr 1 teaspoon shrimp paste, roasted
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oil in a wok, make a scramble egg , add steam rice , mix well
2. Sautee the ground spices until well cooked and aromatic. Place the rice and egg in the wok, stir constantly until well mixed. Keep stirring until the rice is heated through.
3. Serve with over easy eggs, fried shallots, shrimp crackers and pickles and Pour in the sweet soy sauce as like
